I was gone to Denver this past weekend for work. It was my first time away from Makenna overnight (3 nights!) and Ken's first time with her for that long. They did great! She got to play outdoor volleyball with the team (although I think she was more interested in eating grass) and indoor volleyball (chasing volleyballs). Ken texted me lots of pictures and updates. One text said, "Crawling is so last week." And he wasn't kidding! She walks everywhere now!
And her other favorite game is body slamming the hippo chair. Uncle Mike and Aunt Jods got this for her for Christmas. She wasn't really into it until recently, and now she LOVES it. She will run up and crash into Hippo, growl, and start all over. Such a toughie!
