I had to spend 8 whole days away from Ken and Makenna. That was by far the longest time away. I missed them both terribly! We all survived, and I'm so glad to be home, with my family, and have my work slow down for awhile.
This was literally the morning I was packing to leave. How could I leave that sweet face?!?!
